Cut and Bent Division

FERI specializes in supplying reinforcing steel to major customers throughout the Czech Republic. We provide complete reinforcement solutions, including installation according to the supplied project documentation and in full compliance with applicable technical standards.

We process reinforcing steel bars with diameters of 10–40 mm and coils with diameters of 6–20 mm, manufactured to the required lengths, steel grades, and material classes KR and WR. We work exclusively with certified steel producers with whom we maintain long-term partnerships.

Cutting and bending of reinforcement are carried out using specialized cutting, bending, and stirrup-forming machinery, ensuring high precision and consistent quality.

We supply welded wire mesh (reinforcement mesh) in both standard and custom dimensions tailored to the specific requirements of each project.

Delivery of reinforcement materials to construction sites is ensured through our own fleet of trucks. Installation is performed by qualified personnel and includes all necessary accessories, such as spacers and tying wire.

New services in our portfolio

We have recently expanded our range of services to include threading of reinforcing bars and the supply of mechanical couplers.

We supply and utilize reinforcement couplers for bar diameters ranging from 12-32 mm.

Reinforcement couplers provide an efficient alternative to traditional lap splicing. They enable strong and reliable mechanical connections between reinforcing bars, reducing material consumption, simplifying installation, and improving reinforcement arrangement, particularly in space-constrained and structurally complex applications.
