Job Description:

As a Virtual Customer Service Agent at LoneStar Voyages, you will be the frontline representative of our agency, providing unparalleled customer service to our clients. Working remotely, you will assist clients with inquiries, bookings, and post-travel support, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout their journey.


  1. Client Assistance: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and offering assistance with bookings and reservations.

  2. Booking Support: Assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and other travel-related services, ensuring accuracy and completeness of bookings.

  3. Travel Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements, offering personalized recommendations and assistance to create bespoke travel itineraries.

  4. Reservation Management: Manage and update client reservations, including modifications, cancellations, and special requests, ensuring all changes are accurately processed and communicated.

  5. Post-Travel Support: Provide post-travel support to clients, including handling feedback, addressing concerns, and assisting with any issues that may arise during or after their travels.

  6. Communication: Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels, ensuring timely and professional responses to all inquiries and requests.

  7. Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, striving to achieve a satisfactory resolution for the client.

  8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including travel advisors, reservation specialists, and hospitality managers, to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery.

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

  2. Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the travel industry or a similar service-oriented environment.

  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and customer-focused demeanor.

  4. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively address customer issues and complaints to achieve positive outcomes.
