Summary: The UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences across our various platforms, ensuring our members have seamless interactions with our products and services. This individual collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conduct research, and design solutions that enhance the overall user experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design
• Champion user-centered design principles throughout the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field
• Proven experience as a UX/UI designer, preferably in the banking or financial services industry

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Creative thinking and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
• Ability to empathize with users and advocate for their needs
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and design trends
• Strong time management and prioritization skills

Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
• Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Proto.io
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus

Work Conditions:

• This position may require occasional travel for meetings or conferences
• Flexible work hours may be available based on project needs and deadlines
• Collaborative office environment with opportunities for remote work
