Superior Contracting & Maintenance is currently seeking an experienced and skilled Tile Technician to join our team,the ideal candidate will have a strong background in tile installation, with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work. As a Tile Technician, you will be responsible for installing a variety of tile products, including ceramic, porcelain, marble, and natural stone, in both residential and commercial settings.

Requirements

Requirements: 

• General Liability is Required
• Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
• Physical stamina and ability to work in different environments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience in tile maintenance (5 years+)
• Living currently in the US

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Measure and prepare surfaces for tile installation, ensuring precision and accuracy.
  •  Cut and shape tiles to fit around obstacles and into odd spaces.
  •  Install tiles using adhesives, ensuring a level and uniform finish.
  •  Grout and seal tile installations, paying close attention to detail.
  •  Repair and replace damaged tiles as needed.
  •  Collaborate with account managers and dispatchers to ensure projects are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction
  •  Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards.
