Position Overview
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Service Manager to oversee the service operations for our industrial and commercial clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a team of HVAC technicians to ensure efficient service delivery
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Create and manage work orders, schedules, and budgets for service calls
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system problems and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers on new construction projects
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC Service Management
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components, including HVAC AC, Mechanical, Plumbing, Sheet Metal, Piping, and Ground Up
• Experience with Bluebeam software or similar project management tools
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Experience in industrial and commercial HVAC systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and schedules
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
