We're looking for someone to help us build our team of talented professionals. With our lean talent team of two, we've successfully onboarded over 35 new team members this fiscal year. We need your expertise to scale further and attract the best candidates for our expanding needs!
In this role, you'll focus on sourcing and engaging with top sales talent using innovative techniques and various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals. You'll work closely with our Talent team and Sales Leaders to understand hiring plans and develop effective strategies to meet our talent needs.
Responsibilities:
Your typical day might include:
- 3-4 hours of deep candidate sourcing
- Collaborating with the Talent and Hiring Team on top profiles via Slack
- Conducting 2-4 candidate screens via Google Meet
- Attending recruiting kickoff meetings or syncs with various hiring teams
- Providing end-of-day reports on sourcing activities and candidate trends
- Scheduling and rescheduling interviews
- Maintaining genuine communication with candidates
- Partnering with hiring managers and the Talent team to determine staffing needs and create customized sourcing strategies
- Utilizing diverse sourcing channels to identify and engage with potential candidates
- Conducting thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Reporting on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and recruitment metrics
- Keeping the candidate database and applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) up-to-date
- Building and nurturing relationships with candidates, universities, and industry professionals
- Staying informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies
- Collaborating with the Talent and People Ops Team to improve Recruiting, Interview, and Onboarding processes
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and compliance standards, with a commitment to staying updated on changes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-4+ years of experience as a Recruiter or similar Talent Acquisition role, with a proven track record of filling positions with qualified Sales candidates
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience within the Salesforce ecosystem (either at Salesforce Corporate or with a Salesforce Consulting Partner) is strongly preferred
- Experience managing 5-10+ positions simultaneously while handling ~40+ candidate relationships
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practices, including X-Ray and Boolean Search
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and talent platforms such as LinkedIn, specialized job boards, and applicant tracking systems; experience with innovative AI tools is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like G Suite, Greenhouse/Grayscale, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, SeekOut, Culture Amp, Appinium (LMS), Asana, etc., is advantageous
