Job Description
Overview
We're excited to invite an experienced Sales-focused Recruiter to join our dynamic team. Your main focus will be on identifying and attracting top Salesforce Sales talent to support our company's continued growth.
We're a young company, just four years in, and while we're growing fast, we still maintain a startup vibe. This means priorities can shift quickly, so being adaptable and ready to pivot is essential!
So far this fiscal year, we've welcomed over 35 new team members to our lean team (currently just two people!). Now, we're looking for you to help us bring in even more exceptional talent as we scale up.
Your role will involve proactive sourcing and engaging with high-performing Sales candidates using creative techniques across multiple channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals. You'll work closely with our Talent team and Sales Leaders to understand hiring needs and develop strategies to attract the best candidates.
