We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced  High-Performance Sales Recruiter  to join our growing team in Dallas, TX. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top sales talent to fuel our rapid growth. Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to identify, attract, and hire top sales talent.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with sales leadership to understand their hiring needs and the qualities of ideal candidates.

• Process Optimization: Continuously improve our recruiting processes, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in sales recruitment.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing high-caliber sales personnel.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment practices and candidate evaluation.
