Job Description

Peninsula Credit Union has an excellent career opportunity for a team-oriented individual to join our service-driven staff. We are recruiting a Risk and Compliance Officer , whose primary function is to oversee the risk and compliance requirements as set forth by state, federal and other regulatory agencies. The position is responsible for the Credit Union's compliance to federal regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering Act, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC regulations as well as acting as the BSA Officer for the Credit Union. The position will also provide administrative support to the Board of Directors and Executives.

The ideal candidate must possess accuracy and attention to detail along with the knowledge of all credit union products, services, policies and procedures to assist with compliance and quality control requirements. In addition, this position will directly manage a Risk and Recovery Specialist and require an ability to maintain confidentiality, adhere to timelines, and work independently.

While we prefer candidates to be within our local field of membership, we are open to remote work arrangements provided they align with our work from home policies. Local candidates will have the added advantage of easier access to on-site resources and team collaboration opportunities.
