Front desk and/or Reception experience is a plus, but not necessary. Effective teamwork is required for success; those who do not work well in a group need not apply. Qualified applicants can expect to be contacted for a phone interview. Phone skills are absolutely non-negotiable and may not be less than excellent. Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome in person and on the phone for all guests
• Kindly greet customers in a timely manner and direct to correct department
• Answer phones and transfer calls to appropriate department
• Issue gas cards for lot fuel and sold units
• Organize and reconcile keys for all vehicles - new and used
• Daily key log upkeep - check out and returned
• Update location of vehicles in system
• Report removed customer trade in plates in web-dealer

Qualifications

• Front Desk/Reception experience is preferred
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic when greeting guests
• Highly organized and eagerness to improve
• Willingness to take initiative
• Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Schedule

• M-F Afternoons, 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Every other Saturday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
