Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager for immediate hire to manage new substation construction and design projects, as well as substation replacement projects. This role includes overseeing transformer replacements, breaker replacements, and other small-level jobs suitable for entry to mid-level candidates.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Tucson, Arizona and some days remote.

Work Environment

Candidates should be local to Tucson or available to commute to project sites regularly. The position offers a hybrid schedule with mandatory office days on Tuesday and Thursday. The office provides many amenities, and new employees are expected to come in daily until they get the hang of things. This can be reevaluated for a hybrid schedule after the initial period.
