Summary of Position

We are looking for a hard-working, fun-loving individual to complement our amazing fulfillment team. From packing orders to counting inventory to helping with customer orders, this position is responsible for evoking happiness and making our warehouse team even better. This position is full-time, hourly, and will be eligible for all benefits.

Responsibilities include assisting the management team in:

• Fulfillment, including daily online and wholesale orders.
• Shipping and receiving, as it relates to POs and processing.
• Inventory Management, including ensuring stock is accurate and making adjustments.
• Customer Service, as it relates to order questions and inquiries.
• Warehouse Upkeep, as it relates to warehouse tasks and duties.
• Perform production tasks, including folding, packing, and shipping products.
• Assist in preparing fulfillment-related activities, including organization.
• Analyze causes of return issues and report potential corrective actions.
• Assist with all wholesale orders and fulfillment; when needed.

Qualifications:

• Maintaining high-level of production/fulfillment.
• Highly organized.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to be resourceful and represent the brand correctly.
• Preferred knowledge of USPS and UPS.
