Position Summary:

Seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Practice physician who is passionate about delivering top-notch care, especially for seniors. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, harness advanced technologies, and be instrumental in driving patient-focused care.

General Duties/Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based primary care with an emphasis on senior patients.
• Conduct annual wellness exams.
• Perform minor office procedures.
• Ensure patients receive comprehensive care by coordinating with specialists.
• Educate patients on diverse health topics.
• Lead and participate in team case discussions.
• Aim for established HEDIS and CAHPS goals.
• Commit to excellence, innovation, and superior patient experience.
• Abide by all HIPAA regulations.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Oversee medical assistants and office staff.
• Possibly supervise advance practice clinicians.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: At least 2 years as an Internist or Family Practice clinician. 1-3 years in managed care is a plus.
• Education: M.D. / D.O., Residency program completion in the U.S., Board Certification or the ability to be certified within 6 months. Licensed to practice in the state.
• Skills: Comprehensive medical knowledge, confidence in clinical interactions, adaptability, robust communication skills.
