Job Description

We are looking for an outgoing person to assist our therapists during patient treatments. This position will include having a sense of urgency to set patients up for treatment on time, lead and supervise patients with their exercise program, communicating correct form. Prepare modalities and set up for patients as prescribed. Anticipate the needs of the therapist so each patient's treatment is efficient as possible. Keep the clinic clean and orderly. Multi-task while maintaining a positive, friendly attitude. Assist with front desk duties such as checking patients in, collecting cost of care, scheduling new patient and follow up appointments, answering phones professionally and timely, track and order supplies for office and clinic. Track patient visits and prepare home exercise programs.

• Clinical duties: change over rooms, laundry, supply stocking, cleaning, opening and closing duties.
• Admin duties: reception back up, greeting of arriving and departing patients, appointment scheduling, new patient intakes and initial registration.
• General office duties: managing incoming phone calls, scanning documents into patient charts, preparing and emailing patient home exercise programs through web program.
• Requirements: Willingness to learn, outgoing personality, positive mindset, team player, High school diploma.

Applicants will receive specific on the job training, knowledge of basic anatomy appreciated.
