Key Responsibilities:

Personalized Learning: Assess and understand the individual needs of each student to create a nurturing, inspiring, and supportive virtual classroom.
Instruction and Assessment: Prepare, deliver, and evaluate student assignments and activities to ensure progress and understanding.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Class Teacher and Lead Teacher to coordinate instructional strategies and support.
Parent Communication: Keep parents informed about their child's progress and provide recommendations to enhance learning at home.
Innovative Tools: Utilize special tools and equipment to create an engaging and interactive learning experience for students.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Special Education required; Master's Degree preferred.
Certification: Current state certification in Special Education, or eligibility to obtain it.
Experience: Minimum of two years of teaching experience required; experience in a virtual setting is a plus.
