Job Description

We are a tour company specializing in individual and group travel from the United States to Italy, Europe and the Holy Land.

For our North Miami Beach office, we are looking for someone Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) to handle incoming reservations, prepare lists, i.e. rooming/passport/airline manifests. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.

The person must be able to work independently and alone in a small office environment, with the supervision of staff in our Rome, Italy, office.

Experience in the tourism trade preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of Europe, with an accent on Italy, also constitutes a preferred candidate.
