Job Description:

The Microsoft Engineer will be responsible for designing implementing and managing Microsoftbased solutions within the organization. This role requires expertise in Microsoft technologies including server operating systems cloud services and productivity tools. You will work closely with IT teams to ensure the seamless integration and optimization of Microsoft systems to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design deploy and manage Microsoftbased infrastructure including Windows Server Active Directory and Exchange.
• Implement and manage Microsoft cloud services including Azure Office 365 and Microsoft 365.
• Perform system administration tasks such as configuring and maintaining servers storage and network services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft technologies including server and application problems.
• Develop and execute plans for system upgrades migrations and patch management.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure that Microsoft solutions are integrated with other technologies and meet business requirements.
• Monitor system performance identify areas for improvement and optimize configurations to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations procedures and changes.
• Provide technical support and training to endusers and IT staff on Microsoft technologies and best practices.
• Stay current with the latest Microsoft technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices including data protection and disaster recovery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 35 years of experience with Microsoft technologies including Windows Server Active Directory and Exchange.
• Experience with Microsoft cloud services such as Azure Office 365 and Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
• Strong understanding of network and server infrastructure including DNS DHCP and VPNs.
• Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or similar are preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
