Job Description:

The Microsoft Developer will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining software applications using Microsoft technologies. This role requires strong proficiency in Microsoft development tools and frameworks including .NET C# and Azure. You will work closely with other developers project managers and stakeholders to deliver highquality software solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain applications using Microsoft technologies including .NET C# and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Develop and implement software solutions that integrate with Microsoft cloud services such as Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Write clean scalable and efficient code based on technical specifications and business requirements.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements design system architectures and create technical documentation.
• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure applications are functional and errorfree.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues and optimize application performance.
• Stay current with the latest Microsoft development tools frameworks and industry trends to enhance technical skills and improve development practices.
• Assist in the design and implementation of databases and data access layers using Microsoft SQL Server or other database technologies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to endusers and other IT staff as needed.
• Ensure adherence to software development best practices and project management methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 35 years of experience in software development with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Proficiency in .NET framework C# and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with Microsoft cloud services including Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or Azure DevOps.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
