Position Overview:

As a Franchise Development Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our franchise development efforts through innovative lead generation and content creation. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in performance marketing and channel marketing, along with expertise in design, marketing CRM software, and social media platforms. Your main focus will be on creating and optimizing engaging omnichannel content to attract potential franchisees and elevate our franchise opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Develop and refine lead generation strategies, execute paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms, and analyze campaign performance to attract and engage potential franchisees.
Content Creation: Craft compelling copy, graphic designs, and engaging content for various marketing materials. Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality video content.
Messaging and Positioning: Work with cross-functional teams to refine messaging and effectively communicate the benefits of our franchise system to potential candidates through various content formats.
Content Management: Regularly update and audit sales materials and external listings to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Email and Marketing Automation: Develop and implement email and marketing automation strategies to nurture leads, streamline processes, and create impactful email campaigns that drive conversions.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct research and analyze competitors to identify trends and opportunities, and proactively adjust strategies to stay competitive in franchise development.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing or Communications.
Strong skills in design, copywriting, and editing.
Proficiency in digital marketing and paid advertising.
Experience with design/editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Expertise in performance marketing and channel marketing.
Proficient in marketing CRM software and social media platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Previous experience in franchise development marketing is a plus.
Creative and analytical thinker with effective lead generation and content creation skills.
