Marketing Manager
Overview:

As a Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through a comprehensive omni-channel approach. This role builds upon the responsibilities of our current Marketing Manager and offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to meet business goals and boost revenue growth.
Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of engaging multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Digital Marketing Management: Manage digital marketing efforts, including organic and paid social media, Google Ads, and email marketing, ensuring they align with the overall strategy.
Project Management and Continuous Improvement: Lead marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion while incorporating best practices to enhance efficiency.
Team Development: Mentor and support the Marketing Coordinator, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
Event Management: Organize and execute industry events, webinars, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate valuable leads.
ABM Management: Create and implement Account-Based Marketing strategies to engage high-value accounts, and assess the effectiveness of these campaigns.
Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and vendors.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Partner with the Business Intelligence team to monitor key performance metrics, provide insightful reports, and offer actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies align with sales objectives and facilitate smooth lead transitions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of marketing experience.
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Additional Details:
Salary: $72,800 per year
Must be eligible to work in the USA
Ideal candidates will be based in Nashville, TN, but we will also consider applicants from GA, NC, TX, UT, and WI. This position is 100% remote.
