Job Overview
The Manager, Sales Development will lead a team of 5 or more Sales Development Coaches to drive sales attribution and appointment setting execution. This leader will be accountable for realizing the full potential of SDR operational efficiencies, productivity, and T-Mobile Brand Experience. Leader will ensure that assigned teams are executing on Sales Development Program KPI's and Program Benchmarks and is focused on continuous improvement of growing TFB sales impact and the sales appointment experience. This position is a key contributor to TFB's sales results as well as drives performance with our Sales Teams, and driving accountability that results in increased sales, as well as reduced selling expenses. This individual will play a key role in sales as well as driving channel KPIs; appointments set, conversion rate, and sales opportunities.

Job Responsibilities :
  • Is responsible to drive sales as well as appointments for one or more call centers, manages frequent and timely business reviews, implements course corrections to achieve established goals, and focuses on continuous optimization of the business.
  • Analyze sales activity data to understand trends, forecast and make programmatic changes. Manages team of Coaches responsible for leading SDR’s driving appointments and sales nationally.
  • Fosters professional development of others through coaching and feedback on results. Identifies and provides feedback surrounding performance issues.
  • Executes the Sales Development Strategy and ensures consistency across all internal sales teams.
  • Partners with Sales, Marketing, Care and Learning & Development Teams to provide clear communications to field teams regarding sales strategies, and positioning of products and services.
  • Provides vision and strategic direction for the channel and ensures that field sales representatives are informed and embody the T-Mobile brand in all customer interactions. Identifies strategic opportunities and develops clear and compelling case for action.
Education :
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Work Experience :
  • 4-7 years Sales and operational experience in a sales organization with a top company and strong culture. (Required)
