This position is located in the Information Technology Branch at Headquarters in Sacramento.

STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS

The SOQ serves as documentation of your ability to present information clearly and concisely in writing.  In your SOQ, describe your experience, knowledge, and competencies as they relate to each of the items listed below.  The items must be addressed and numbered in the same order as listed; do not consolidate responses.  The SOQ must be no more than 1 page, typed, using 12-point Arial font on standard letter-sized paper with one (1)-inch margins.

1. Describe your experience conducting IT procurements, including developing or managing a budget related to procurements.

2. Describe your experience with the Financial Information System for California (FI$Cal) or a similar system consisting of budgeting, procurement, cash management, and accounting functions.

3. Describe your experience coordinating IT procurements in collaboration with other stakeholders or requestors such as IT staff, management, Budgets, Accounting, Executives, and other departmental staff.
