Your New Role:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and co-workers.
• Inspect and perform repairs on heating and cooling equipment.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including brazing and soldering.
• Install flex and sheet metal duct systems in light commercial and residential buildings.
• Ensure the proper connection of gas lines to heating equipment.
• Pre-measure jobs to determine the right material needed for installation work.
• Receive, confirm, and load all materials and equipment required for each job into the company vehicle.
• Provide necessary support to other team members to complete tasks on time as instructed by management.
• Accurately fill out all paperwork needed for each job.
• Follow up with clients on repairs and recommendations.
• Order repair parts through approved vendors.

• 3 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• EPA Type II preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Strong decision-making abilities, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate product and service offerings.
• Experience with HVAC wiring diagrams.
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Basic understanding of technical devices (smartphone, tablet, iPad, etc.).
• Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check upon hire.
• Mechanical-based degree or technical program completion is a plus.
• Experience in Service Titan.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds periodically.
• Comfortable with possible exposure to various chemicals.
• Willingness to travel: 75%.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
