HVAC Service Manager

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in service management software
- Relevant HVAC and EPA certifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environments
- Availability for on-call duty and emergency service response as needed

Responsibilities:

- Lead and support HVAC service technicians
- Monitor performance and provide ongoing training
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of service calls
- Manage service department budget and expenses
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
