Hospitality Professional (Multi-Skilled, Leadership Potential)

We are seeking a highly motivated and committed Hospitality Professional to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all aspects of our operation.

Responsibilities:

Guest Service:

• Provide warm and professional greetings to guests upon arrival and departure.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously, exceeding expectations whenever possible.
• Fulfill guest orders in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized front-of-house environment.

Operational Support:

• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house and kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols.
• Contribute to guest service by preparing food according to proper procedures and safety standards. 
• Exhibit good stewardship over company property and equipment.

Leadership Potential:

• Demonstrate a commitment to daily operations and taking initiative to complete tasks to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Provide motivation and support to the team.
• Maintain professionality and resolve advanced guest issues when necessary. 
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
• Flexibility and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

For the Leadership Potential:

• Prior leadership experience in a hospitality setting (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to delegate tasks effectively, motivate team members, and lead by example.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
