We are hiring for the FLOATER NA/CNA POSITION NEEDED!!! Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu, a reputable company in Honolulu, Hawaii, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Floater Caregiver. This versatile role requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to be available at any time when assigned. Job Summary: As a Floater Caregiver at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our valued senior clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting with activities of daily living, medication reminders, monitoring clients' health, maintaining accurate records, providing companionship, and supporting emotional well-being. You will also assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and ensuring a safe and clean environment for our clients. Effective communication with clients, family members, and healthcare team members is essential. Flexibility is required as you may need to drive to different locations and adapt to changing schedules and tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming to ensure their comfort and preserve their dignity.
• Remind clients to take their medication as prescribed.
• Monitor and promptly report any changes in clients' health to the nursing supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of all care provided.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and a listening ear to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and running errands.
• Create a safe and clean environment that fosters the well-being of clients.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, family members, and healthcare team members.
• Be readily available to work at varying assigned times.
• Drive to different locations as required by the job.
• Perform a variety of tasks tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Quickly adapt to changing schedules and responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Hawaii.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining a full-time schedule.
• Demonstrate compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and efficiently prioritize tasks.
• Successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
• Strong work ethic and dependability.
• Ability to adapt to various tasks and environments.
• Outstanding communication skills.
