Job Description

As a Virtual Flight Scheduling Travel Assistant, you will work from home to provide personalized and travel planning services to clients. This gives you the opportunity to earn up to $65,000 annually in commission.   4. Provide guidance on wellness-focused destinations, activities, and amenities, healthy dining options, and outdoor adventures.
  5. Incorporate eco-friendly and sustainable travel practices into itinerary planning, including accommodations with green certifications and responsible tourism activities.
  6. Assist with visa applications, travel insurance, and other logistical aspects of travel planning.
  7. Coordinate with travel providers, local guides, and wellness experts to create customized experiences for clients.
  8. Offer ongoing support and concierge services throughout the travel journey, including itinerary adjustments, emergency assistance, and post-trip follow-up.
  9. Stay updated on wellness trends, sustainable travel practices, and destination offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  10. Maintain detailed records of travel preferences, bookings, expenses, and client feedback for future reference and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Hospitality, tourism, wellness, or a related field; training are a plus.
  • Previous experience in travel planning, concierge services, or wellness tourism.
  • Strong passion for travel, wellness, and sustainability.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using travel booking systems, online platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a remote work environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on creating unique and memorable travel experiences for clients.
  • Knowledge of international travel regulations, visa requirements, and travel insurance options.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clients and travel partners.
