Operator/Farm Hand Responsibilities:

Operate top of the line equipment such as sprayers, tractors, etc.
Perform operations necessary for crop production, including tillage, planting, cultivating, harvest, etc.
Utilize technology including GPS systems and equipment
Ensure equipment is in working order and perform general maintenance and repairs as necessary

Operator/Farm Hand Requirements:

HS diploma or equivalent
1+ Agriculture experience
Mechanical skills preferred
Self-motivated, strong work ethic, and love for farming
Valid driver's license required
