Location: Saint Louis, MO Job Type: Full-time (38-40 hours per week) Salary: $20 to $30 per hour Job Description: As a member of our Event Staff at Seronda Network, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up event spaces, assisting attendees, and providing exceptional service throughout the event. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working hands-on to create memorable experiences. Responsibilities:

• Set up and break down event spaces, including arranging furniture, audio-visual equipment, and decorations.
• Assist with registration, greeting attendees, and providing information and directions as needed.
• Monitor and maintain event areas to ensure they are clean and organized.
• Coordinate with event organizers and other team members to ensure smooth event operations.
• Address any issues or emergencies that arise during events with professionalism and efficiency.
• Support post-event activities, including packing up materials and resetting spaces for future use.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required for event setup.
