Job Description:

• Manage all incoming leads via Resy, telephone, email and other channels
• Close deals and assist guests from start to finish with all event planning needs
• Manage annual sales goals for Lolas by booking group and catering events
• Seek out new sales opportunities and partnerships with West Loop (local) businesses
• Initiating action plans and attending networking events to procure new business
• Build guest loyalty and book repeat business
• Communicate with the service team all event details; partners with General Manager and Executive Chef to ensure that each event is flawlessly executed against objectives
• Book small to large events and able to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Works off-site to build a solid team atmosphere
• Works on-site the day of event
• Follows-up with in-house groups regarding service, and documents client contact for future reference and follow-up.

  Qualifications

• REQUIRED: KNOWLEDGE AND FAMILAIRTY OF THE WEST LOOP CHICAGO
• Have 7+ years of experience in a catering/special events environment
• Restaurant or similar experience preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Able to work flexible, sometimes long hours
• Excellent customer service
• Software Knowledge: TOAST, MICROSOFT OFFICE, CANVA
