We’re seeking a skilled content and packout estimator to join our team. You will assist our busy team by producing proposals, cost estimates, and detailed takeoffs for packout projects. Our ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in construction estimation using Xactimate software and very strong communication and project management skills. Responsibilities: • We are seeking an experienced estimator to join our team who will be responsible for inspecting and preparing estimates for the packing out, inventory in storage, and restoration of these items. Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience using Xactimate software to prepare estimates for content management services.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately assess and estimate damages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
