Job Description

Experienced Audio Visual Manager/Technician for In-House Hotel Account in Downtown Portland, Oregon. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years actual prior Hotel Audio Visual Experience. Strong customer service skills are mandatory. To qualify, candidates must be well versed in all aspects of Hospitality Industry Level Audio Visual Equipment. This includes selling, quoting, setting, operating, striking, billing, and QC Maintenance on all inventory. Typically this includes, but is not limited to; Sound Reinforcement, Lighting, Projection, Audio, Computer/Data Interfacing, Video, IT Networking, Telephonic Equipment and integration with AV/IT Convergence. Proficient written, verbal, and overall solid communication skills are also required. The AV Manager is responsible for contacting all hotel customers, guiding them through their Technology options, and sending out accurate quotes and invoices in a timely manner. Organizational and computer skills are required. Daily billing, Monthly Revenue Reports, and Forecasts, Budgets and Spreadsheets need to be thorough and precise.
