Responsibilities

1. Develop highly persuasive copy for advertorials, product pages, ads, email campaigns, and other marketing materials with a focus on driving conversions and sales.
2. Conduct thorough research to understand target audience demographics, pain points, and buying behaviors.
3. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions.
4. Optimize copy for SEO to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic.
5. A/B test copy variations to identify top-performing messaging and continuously improve conversion rates.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our copy remains fresh, relevant, and competitive.
7. Proofread and edit copy for accuracy, grammar, and style consistency.
8. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of copy and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
9. Maintain brand voice and tone across all communication channels to ensure consistency and reinforce brand identity.
10. Adapt to evolving business needs and priorities by managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

• Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Direct Response Copywriter in the eCommerce industry, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of direct response principles, persuasive writing techniques, and consumer psychology.
  • Proficiency in crafting compelling copy for various digital channels including advertorials, product descriptions, ads, emails, and landing pages.
  • Excellent research skills and the ability to gather and synthesize information from multiple sources.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing copy for search engines.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and data analysis tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, and style.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
