About the Role:
Adlumin, Inc. is seeking a skilled Data Engineer with expertise in Python, Spark and AWS to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part and building and optimizing our data pipelines and infrastructure that powers our cybersecurity products. Youll work closely with our threat research, data science and software engineer teams to ensure our data pipelines, are robust, scalable and secure.
 
Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining custom data parsing pipelines in Python
• Improving data normalization and schemas
• Decoding and deciphering new data sources
• Integrating with external APIs

 
Position Requirements:

• HS Diploma or Bachelors Degree in a related field
• Five years of relevant experience in data engineering
• 3+ years Python experience
• 1 year Spark experience
• 1 year AWS experience, specifically Lambdas and ECS
• Knowledge of SQL
• Databricks experience preferred
• Elasticsearch experience preferred
• Analytics and log parsing experience preferred
• Functional programming experience preferred
• Must be located within the US for consideration
• US Work Authorization (Adlumin does not sponsor visas at this time)
