Competitive salary range of $125,000 to $145,000 per year, commensurate with experience and negotiable based on qualifications.

Position Overview:
As the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a pivotal role in leading our organization to fulfill its mission and achieve its goals. You will oversee the general management and administration of our institution in alignment with government regulations, funding policies, and the directives of our governing board. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable youth and families while shaping the future of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Board of Directors to establish and monitor organizational goals
Develop our staff and facilities to deliver best-in-class therapeutic services and academic opportunities
Advocate for the federal Family First Act and trauma-informed care principles
Ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations and laws
Cultivate professional relationships with government agencies and other stakeholders
Lead risk management efforts and stay abreast of industry trends
Identify opportunities for collaboration and grant funding
Chair the Performance and Quality Improvement committee
Establish and manage the annual budget in coordination with the Finance Committee
Qualifications:

Master's level education in a related field with appropriate licensure (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 10 years of experience in a similar role
Minimum of 5 years' experience in senior program management or higher
