Colorado Licensed Attorneys,

Pollart Miller LLC is an established law firm with offices in Arizona, Colorado, and Utah. Our practice areas include Administrative and Licensing Law, Appellate Law, Civil Litigation, General Insurance Law, Labor and Employment Law, Subrogation and Recovery and Workers’ Compensation

We are currently searching for tenacious, experienced Attorneys to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some litigation knowledge, and/or the desire to learn how to litigate and assist us with managing a diverse portfolio of worker’s compensation cases for our Colorado and Nebraska client base.

Responsibilities:

• To be successful as an Attorney in our practice the ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, calendar, deadline, and time management skills with good billing habits, and be a collaborator.
• The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate case management skills.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills and be able to prepare for depositions and hearings.
• Exhibit the ability to multi-task in the fast pace of worker’s compensation defense.
• Multi-state licensing is a plus and we have a mentoring program for our new team members.

Job Type: Full-time, Exempt.

Pay: Negotiable and Depends on Experience, Range $90,000 – $110,000 annually.
